What does a reflexologist do?

Reflexology is a wonderful relaxing treatment of the feet.  You remain fully clothed except for your feet and I work using different pressure techniques to induce relaxation which can also bring relief for physical and emotional symptoms.

Reflexology is a great way to complement conventional medical treatments and improve deep relaxation, release stress and anxiety, circulation, digestive issues, sleep quality.

Using different pressure techniques, I work the entire foot, sometimes using firm pressure and sometimes light.  There are thousands of nerve endings in our feet which connect to our central nervous system.

You may feel areas of tenderness or discomfort during the treatment, or maybe a crunchy or grainy sensation but generally the experience should be relaxing and enjoyable.
